About the Event

• Swim : Attabad lake 2 Km - Temperature 7-8C – (starts @ 2250 M) – 5am

For Swim, we will take all athletes via boat 2 Km deep in Attabad lake and let them swim back to the designated T1. 

• Bike : Attabad lake and return from Deh, peak elevation 3350 M. One loop 188 Km and then continue 23 Km to Ganish for T2 – Total: 211 Km – Net elevation gain approx. 1300 M 

• Run: Ganish to Duikar at 2800 M elevation. Oneway loop and return to Ganish 20 Km. Continue from Ganish to Hopar for 19 Km towards the finish line – Hopar Glacier look out. Total: 39 Km – Net elevation gain approx. 1600 M 

• Net elevation gain 2900 M+
